PARENT ENGAGEMENT ACADEMY provides five weekly training sessions focused on the student’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development. Families Acting towards Results (FACTOR). These courses incorporate useful academic information and 21st-century skills. Their research-based curriculum aims to improve students’ academic achievement and parent engagement in K-12 school.Understanding the Education System

Factor (Families Acting Towards Results) represents the impact and expansion of an idea in a community.
Ready to learn: Engage parents in the social, emotional and physical development of their child.
Mapping the way forward: Teaching parents about the school system empowers them to guide their child to go to college. Parents also learn about STEM-STEAM.
Enabling Social Emotional Learning: Provide parents with tools and knowledge to deal with every stage of their child's development, ensuring a proper social emotional learning process.
STEM and the technology era: Update parent's knowledge about technology and show them the importance of STEM to succeed in this new era. Promote the importance of Common Core State Standards and mathematics in our child's student rowth Mindset
Program description: Acknowledge parents of the advantages to developing a growth mindset vs. fixed mindset. This will help them develop resilience to cope.
College Readiness: Preparing students to attend college and careers is one of the biggest.
Dual Language Learning is a form of bilingual education in which students are taught literacy and content in two languages.
